A good OFSTED-rated primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately on a full-time basis until July. The Role: Full-time Teaching Assistant role, providing support across different year groups and assisting with classroom management. Working closely with the class teacher to support students' learning, including delivering interventions for children who may need additional support. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, particularly in a primary school setting. Ability to work effectively with children of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
