Change are growing, and are now looking for a Repairs Manager to help them raise the bar even higher. Change Housing are looking a candidate with experience in Social Housing R&M to take full responsibility for the day to day repairs operations and compliance for housing stock across Manchester. As Repairs Manager, you'll lead the operational delivery of responsive repairs & voids across housing stock, manage external contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

3. Oversee day to day repairs & voids operations
4. Manage contractor and customer relationships
5. Lead and support the repairs team to meet service standards
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal requirements
7. Monitor budgets, schedules and project outcomes
8. Reporting to Head Of Assets
The Successful Applicant
9. Proven experience in a similar role within Social Housing
10. Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
11. Excellent leadership and communication skills
12. Ability to manage budgets and contractor performance effectively
13. A customer first approach to service delivery
