The Role
This role sits at the center of the company. You will work directly with the CEO. Your job is to ensure that priorities are clear and that things get done.
The work is broad. It spans product, partnerships, fundraising, and operations. No two weeks are the same.

* Coordinate across functions and regions
* Identify risks early and resolve them quickly
* Keep communication clear and aligned

You are not expected to know everything. You are expected to learn quickly and take ownership.

Work Style
This role demands reliability, ownership, and willingness to step in. There will be periods of higher intensity. Flexibility follows when possible.
Travel
Approximately 90 days per year. Trips cover the US, Europe, and GCC. Most are planned weeks in advance. Some are not. The travel is tied to fundraising cycles, partner meetings, and key deployments — it reflects how the business operates, not a preference.
Compensation
* Base: $80,000 – $110,000 USD equivalent (depending on experience and fit)
* Quarterly bonus: 10–20% annually (paid quarterly) Performance-linked and aggressive. Tied directly to execution outcomes across fundraising, deployment, and operational cadence.
* Equity: Meaningful. Top-quartile for stage.
* Progression: Structured and tied to performance. Base designed to move rapidly into the $120K–$150K+ range as execution progresses
* High performers can materially increase total compensation within the first 6–12 months.
