Maintenance Coordinator - Property Management

Up to £30,000 basic
I’m currently partnering with a growing and well-established property management company that is looking to add a Maintenance Coordinator to their team.
If you’re highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the central point of coordination between residents, vendors, and internal teams — this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and prioritizing incoming maintenance work orders
* Dispatching contractors and coordinating appointments
* Following up to ensure timely and quality completion of repairs
* Communicating updates to residents
* Reviewing invoices and tracking maintenance expenses
* Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
What They’re Looking For:
* Experience in property management, facilities, or maintenance coordination
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience with property management systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
