This is what you'll be doing:
You'll work on a 2-shift pattern, reporting to the Engineering Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) System. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing both proactive and reactive, multi-skilled maintenance on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
* Implementing and adjusting the PPM schedule using Root Cause Analysis techniques to identify trends and improve machinery OEE.
* Managing planned scheduling, overseeing adherence and timely completion of work, while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
* Possessing knowledge of PLC interrogation and fault-finding through OEM Software.
The experience you'll bring to the team:
* It is essential that the applicant is a time-served, apprentice-trained Electrical Engineer, passionate about transforming operational efficiencies.
* Experience working with a CMMS system is desirable.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels within the organization and with suppliers.
* Ability to work as a constructive team member with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Professionalism and a positive attitude towards company strategy.
* Proven ability to work effectively and deliver results under pressure.
