Surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, Soho Farmhouse is a destination for food and wellness and outdoor activities. We have 114 bedrooms, including cabins, huts and farmhouse bedrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, Cowshed Spa, an indoor and outdoor pool and cinema. The property features multiple food and beverage outlets: The Main Barn, Comfy Farm, Fancy Farm, Pen Yen, Blake’s Kitchen and The Little Bell.
Role
We are seeking an experienced Pool Receptionist to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). A Pool Receptionist will take care of guests in the newly built Teeny House Pool. You will be a key point of contact for all members and guests, ensuring seamless service across the space. You will uphold Soho Health Club’s reputation for excellence by delivering warm, personalised service, maintaining impeccable standards and supporting cross-department collaboration. Key responsibilities include ensuring a high level of customer care, checking guests in and out of the facilities, maintaining the areas, assisting guests during their use of the spaces and taking bookings.
Main duties
* Provide a consistent, warm welcome to all members and guests across all wellness spaces.
* Manage reservations, check-ins and enquiries.
* Maintain immaculate standards across reception, gym, spa and pool areas.
* Anticipate guest needs and offer elevated touches, including refreshments, towels and personalisation.
* Promote classes, treatments, retail and events to enhance engagement.
* Capture and share guest feedback for service improvement and personalisation.
* Provide lifeguard duties on shift.
* Adhere to health and safety policy (IIPP, workers’ comp procedures, and allergy procedures) and ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable.

Required Skills / Qualifications
* NPLQ qualification preferred but not essential
* Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
* Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment
* Interest in wellness
* Great level of customer care
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
* Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
* Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
* Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
Expected Working Hours
* Varying shift times across the seven days, including evenings, weekends, opens and closes
* Average hours 40 per week
