We are currently partnered with a UK business who provide a hugely important service to the daily operations of thousands of businesses across the UK and Europe. They utilise Salesforce to manage sales processes and provide the customer service team with a platform to deliver for the variety of customers they have.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform runs smoothly, supports business operations, and evolves with business needs. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to streamline processes, improve user experience, and deliver reliable system enhancements. Your expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud will help to optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys—from initial lead engagement through to ongoing support—while maintaining data accuracy, platform stability, and high adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* System Configuration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Daily user Support across the Salesforce platform.
* Building and maintaining flows for automation.
* Develop training materials to improve user adoption.
* Liaise with stakeholders across multiple internal teams.
Experience and Qualifications
* Hands‑on experience administering Sales Cloud (lead management, opportunity workflows, forecasting, pipeline optimisation).
* Strong working knowledge of Service Cloud (case management, Knowledge, Omni‑Channel, queues, SLAs).
* Proficiency with Flow Builder for automation (record‑triggered flows, screen flows, scheduled flows).
* Experience configuring custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
* Comfortable with AppExchange solutions and third‑party integrations.
* Strong communicator able to work closely with both technical and non‑technical teams.
* Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and user experience.
