CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in the recruitment of a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing Commercial Property team based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal, looking to build a long-term career within Commercial Property law. The firm is committed to developing talent and offers comprehensive training, genuine career progression opportunities and a supportive working environment.
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Commercial Property fee earners, you will provide support on a broad range of transactions, gaining exposure to high-quality work while developing your technical knowledge and practical experience.
The role will involve:
* Assisting with a variety of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and related transactions
* Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
* Managing property searches and Land Registry applications
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties by telephone and email
* Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
* Supporting fee earners with transactional and administrative tasks
* Ensuring matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met
About You

Suitable candidates may include:
* Commercial Property Paralegals with previous experience in a similar role
You will also possess:
