Responsibilities
In summary, the BSA is responsible for the following:
* Elicit and translate client requirements
* Develop and maintain customer design documentation
* Coach and mentor consultants on executing project design
* Maintain/share implementation and design best practices knowledge base
* Cross functional project work
* Product Planning
* Customer advocate to product management group
* Involved in functional specification review
* Marketing
* Sharing industry vertical knowledge
* Development of solution offers, based on non-core business problems
* Professional Services
* Support Sales Engineers, in POC activities
Qualifications
Educational and typical years experience needed for this role.
* Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience in a business or technical consulting role
* 3+ years' experience in a complex software environment
* Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement preparation
* Working knowledge and experience in corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
* Strong business analysis experience including requirements eliciting and analysis as well as working knowledge of BABOK
* Practical experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/05/08 and Analysis Services 2000/05/08
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Superior analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong organizational ability is required as the candidate will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be able to travel to the United States
