About The Role: We are seeking to appoint a Student Data Officers to join the team! You will be working within the Business Intelligence/MIS team; The purpose of the role is to ensure all student data is accurate and able to be supplied (where appropriate) to internal and external people/agencies in order to enable the College to meet the objectives. Key Responsibilities: To ensure student enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, attendance and achievements are accurately recorded into the College MIS (EBS/Unit-e). To process enrolments, and appropriate fee payments, ensuring receipts are issued and the appropriate records kept according to College Policy. To ensure that queries arising from data issues (including attendance related) are referred, tracked, monitored and resolved through the appropriate processes and systems To ensure the completeness and accuracy of College data on EBS and in the short-term Unit-e. Attend College events such as Open Evenings and enrolment events. Undertake additional hours as and when required for which time off in lieu will be available This is particularly for enrolment events which sometimes take place in the evenings. September and October are busy periods for this role where extra hours will be required.
