The Finance department at the RGS is looking for a full time Accounts Assistant - Billing to join their team. You will have a good attention to detail, a high degree of empathy and the assertiveness to ensure timely and effective collection of debts and customer payments.
Responsibilities will include:
* Maintain the Billing Ledger
* Prepare and issue termly bills to parents
* Arrange timely and effective collection of amounts due
* Liaise with parents and other third parties
* Manage Billing administration
In return you will receive:
* £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
