We’re Almond Family Pubs – a proud, independent, family run group known for doing things properly. We’ve just opened the doors to The Station House, our newly refurbished and rebranded premium pub in the heart of Cheadle Hulme – and we’re looking for talented, motivated hospitality managers of all levels to join our growing leadership team.
With 200 indoor covers and over 230 outside, The Station House is a large, vibrant, food-led pub that’s already becoming a true community hub. You’ll find a fresh, seasonal menu, classic pub favourites with a premium twist, and a passionate new team who are proud to deliver quality with warmth and personality.

What you’ll do
As part of our management team, you’ll:

Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team

Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a focus on consistency and quality

Support the day-to-day running of a busy, premium food-led pub
*
Take responsibility for team development, standards, and service excellence
*
Be hands-on, proactive, and passionate about great hospitality
