Overview:
We are seeking a talented E-commerce Customer Service member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customer service enquiries on our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Duties:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide product information and assistance
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Experience in Microsoft Excel
* Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Implement strategies to maximise upselling opportunities
* Ensure excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette when dealing with customers
