This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing payroll information using the Careblox system.
2. Maintaining accurate employee and resident records, ensuring compliance at all times.
3. Monitoring and updating compliance systems, including NMDS and training platforms.
4. Supporting recruitment activities, including application processing, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and training administration.
5. Managing filing systems and maintaining confidential records.
6. Answering telephone enquiries and liaising with residents, relatives, professionals, and external agencies.
7. Taking accurate minutes at meetings.
8. Preparing correspondence, reports, letters, and emails.
9. Ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
10. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and wider management team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous administrative experience and demonstrate:

✔ Strong organisational and time-management abilities
✔ Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
✔ Experience working with office equipment and administrative systems
✔ A professional and friendly approach
✔ The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
