All round administrator to work within a small team.
This is office based working in a friendly office environment where your day will be very varied.
Parking on site
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
This is role will combine duties including purchasing, facilities coordination, administration, supporting finance, and customer-facing responsibilities.
The successful candidate will take ownership of office and site operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, procurement is timely and controlled, and both internal teams and external visitors receive a professional, well-organised experience.
* Raising POs and placing orders
* Maintain supplier records, pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing documentation.
* Track deliveries, manage shortages, and proactively communicate issues.
* Maintain stock levels aligned with production and operational needs.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to improve value, lead times, and reliability.
* Process timesheets and produce purchasing, stock, and operational reports.
* Organise meetings, hospitality, visitor access, and front-of-house standards.
* Support onboarding and inductions for new starters.
