Maintenance Team Leader£50,0004 on 4 off (days and nights)Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company in Wakefield to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader.Duties and responsibilities:
* Leading a team of 3 engineers whilst being on the tools
* Responsible for shift handovers, allocating work and supporting the engineers
* Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
* Taking a hands-on role in maintenance, fault-finding and repair
* Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site
We are looking for Maintenance Team Leaders/ Maintenance Supervisors with the following:
* Open to mechanical or electrical bias
* Experience working in a regulated or critical environment
* Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
* A hands on leadership style with strong safety awareness
* Confidence prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
