We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead and develop Childrens home, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership and management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Childrens Homes Regulations 2015. Promote a child-centred, therapeutic approach to care that meets the individual needs of each young person. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of training, supervision, and support. Manage referrals, placements, and transitions to ensure stability and the best possible outcomes for children. Maintain accurate records and ensure effective safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management. Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years experience managing or deputising in a childrens residential care setting. Strong understanding of Ofsted inspections, safeguarding legislation, and EBD therapeutic approaches. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
