Job Description
3. Processing of client, provider and adviser queries by email, letter and phone.
4. Issue new joiner e-mail (database e-mail and employer specific e-mail).
5. Send relevant benefit invites and action any additions - notifying company of any changes to payroll.
6. Update and action new joiners.
7. Update and action leavers.
8. Address changes - in turn updated relevant providers.
9. Benefit level amendments.
10. Bulk data downloads.
11. Issue App launch e-mails and assist with login queries.
12. Explain transfer process and send LOA.
13. Send LOA's to providers and follow up until info received, keeping client updated in the meantime.
