We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in North East Lincolnshire, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis.
Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
* Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date
* Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity
* Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams
* Manage day to day workload
* Complete pre and post inspections
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
* Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould and HHSRS
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle
