Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across the organisation. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working, with two days per week on-site. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
* Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
* Manage third-party vendors and internal resources to ensure seamless execution.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies or traditional project governance depending on the delivery model.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project quality and compliance.
* Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* Experience delivering technology infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
* Telecoms industry experience is a strong advantage but not essential.
Desirable
* Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum Master).
* Experience working in regulated environments or with large-scale enterprise systems.
