Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with other Retail Store Managers, Area and Regional teams to share best practices.
* Drive retail commerciality, aiming for outstanding sales and KPI performance.
* Maintain store standards: cleanliness, pricing, merchandising and overall appearance.
* Lead the front line team, creating an environment ready to welcome customers.
* Transform store space to align with seasonal trends and brand style.
* Expertly place products in both planogrammed and non‑planogrammed spaces, managing a high SKU count.
