Overview
Temporary Payroll Administrator (3-month contract)
Location: Newark, Nottingham (hybrid working)
Salary: circa £25K subject to experience (pro rata for part-time)
Start date: ASAP
* Hybrid working (2-3 days a week required in the office)
* Consideration will be given to candidates who would like to work part-time (ideally a 4-day working week)
* Free parking
Key responsibilities
* Timely and accurate payroll processing for both hourly paid and salaried staff
* Dealing with payroll queries in a timely manner
* Dealing with external queries relating to payroll
* Completion of P60, P45, P35, P11D, SSP, SMP, SPP forms
Skills and experience
* Previous payroll experience ideal but not essential
* An understanding of general payroll processes
* Excellent administration skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in an organised and efficient manner
* Accuracy and attention to detail
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent full time basis.
