Award-winning Estate Agent seeking a Sales Negotiator in Loughton on a circa £20k base and £35k OTE.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their Loughton branch to be a world-class neg.
Someone with experience in the Loughton market is highly desirable, and someone who is currently a Sales Negotiator is a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
* Ensure high levels of customer service and professional standards are maintained
* Work towards and exceed office sales targets and KPIs
* Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
* Represent the brand within the local property market
Package
* Own car is required
* 5 day working week
* Career progression within a highly respected estate agency
