Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians, ensuring strong performance, attendance, behaviour, and wellbeingOverseeing planned preventative maintenance and delivering reactive and remedial worksEnsuring all activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including CDM, building regulations, fire safety, equality legislation, planning and environmental standardsUsing a bespoke IT system to maintain accurate records and reportingLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless maintenance deliveryWriting clear and effective contract specificationsSupporting continuous improvement across maintenance processes and systemsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership.
