Administrator - Costs Department
Sheffield | Full-Time, Permanent | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hrs/week)
Salary: £23, per annum
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and have a knack for working with numbers? I'm currently partnering with a well-established legal firm in Sheffield who are looking to welcome a new Administrator into their busy Costs Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys finance-related tasks and thrives in a structured, professional environment. You'll be joining a friendly and collaborative team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
What you'll be doing:
1. Calculating and reviewing legal costs
2. Liaising with clients and insurers
3. Updating internal systems and records
4. Reviewing bank accounts and identifying payments
5. Handling incoming post and email correspondence
6. Supporting general finance-related admin tasks
What we're looking for:

8. Strong organisational skills
9. Confidence working with numbers and financial data
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Previous admin experience (legal or finance background is a bonus but not essential)
