An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate of exceptional ability to join our new Alkerden Church of England Academy as a Teacher of Art & Design Technology. We are willing to consider part-time or full-time hours. Flexible working arrangements are available.
This is a new all-through school located in the heart of Ebbsfleet Garden City, in the new village of Alkerden. We warmly welcome applications from all career stages, including Early Career Teachers, experienced educators, and Heads of Department. Our primary focus is on recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable educators eager to make a positive impact.
We aim to grow Alkerden C of E Academy from an initial intake of 150 Year 7 students to approximately 2,000 students across all age ranges, from nursery through Reception to Year 13. As a founding member of our teaching team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's culture, curriculum, and future.
You will have the opportunity to innovate, collaborate with passionate educators trained in evidence-based pedagogical approaches, and foster a culture where every child feels valued, challenged, and supported.
