Key responsibilities will include managing sales and purchase transactions, carrying out searches and preparing contracts, handling enquiries and incoming funds and liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties. You will also be responsible for drafting completion statements, preparing bills and submitting applications to HM Land Registry and HMRC for SDLT purposes. Experience with new build transactions would be advantageous, although it is not essential. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team of Conveyancers, Assistants and Administrators, working across a broad range of residential property matters. You will be comfortable managing day-to-day tasks independently while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
