Note: This is a Head of Digital Creators role. It is an agent-first role, managing talent. This is not a talent acquisition / HR / people position
PSN have partnered with one of the UK’s top entertainment management agencies to find a Head of Digital Creators, leading their digital / creators division and helping shape the future of creator representation.
The Role:
• Lead and grow the agency’s digital division, managing a roster of top-tier digital-first talent
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of agents and digital strategists
• Oversee the division’s P&L, operations, and strategic direction
• Collaborate across departments to develop client opportunities and evolve digital strategies
• Cultivate strong industry partnerships and elevate the agency’s reputation in the digital talent space
• Regularly report commercial performance and strategic outcomes to the board
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in digital-first talent management or a closely related space
• Deep understanding of the influencer, social, and content creator economy
• Proven ability to lead and grow a division or team within the entertainment industry
• Excellent financial and strategic management capabilities
• Creative thinker with strong business acumen and client-focused mindset
• Track record of successfully representing or developing digital talent
• Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts and leadership skills
