Overview
A Wills & Probate Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Wills & Probate Paralegal is sought for our highly regarded client close to Bromley. This is an office based role.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the fee earners with wills and probate cases
* Experience of will drafting
* Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
* Deliver excellent client service across all matters
Qualifications
* A paralegal with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Private Client, Wills and Probate department
* Have full UK rights to work and not require sponsorship
* Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills by email, by phone and face to face
* IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
* Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
