Office Location: Bellingham (near Hexham) Salary: £28,371.24 (competitive, dependent on experience) Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00am - 5:00pm) About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Repair & Maintenance Coordinator to support our busy Maintenance & Repair department. This is a key role within the team, ensuring our field-based service engineers are efficiently scheduled, customers are kept informed, and service processes run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and administrative support to the Maintenance & Repair team Coordinate and schedule work for field-based service engineers Act as a central point of contact for customer communication (email and phone) Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate data entry within the CRM system Prepare job documentation and raise paperwork for service engineers Process post-service invoicing accurately and promptly Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required About You You will be an organised and detail-focused administrator with the ability to manage competing priorities.
