We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will involve helping them live fulfilling, independent lives through assistance with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

* Computer literacy.
Additional Information:
We provide a company vehicle for transporting individuals to community activities such as shopping, appointments, and outings. To drive the vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's license or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Salary starts at £12.31 for those without experience and £12.60 for those with experience. Levels and pay rates are as follows: New Entry - £12.31, Level 1 - £12.60, Level 2 - £13.10, Level 3 - £13.60.
