GSL Education are searching for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded school in Kelvedon. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision for classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Implement lesson plans as provided by the absent teacher and maintain classroom discipline.
* Support students in completing their work and provide feedback to teachers on student progress.
* Assist with examination supervision and accompany students on school trips when required.
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students effectively.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* A passion for education and supporting young people’s learning.
