As a Food & Beverage Procurement Lead. you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, disciplined and commercially sound execution of procurement, purchasing, stock management and supply chain processes across Food & Beverage operations.
The role exists to enable informed decision-making by the Head of F&B, Executive Chef and Guest Experience Manager through strong systems, clear insights and reliable execution. It works in close partnership with functional leads who hold final accountability for product and supplier selection.

4. Strong alignment between BOH, FOH and finance

What do we need from you?
6. Strong hospitality operations background
7. Proven experience with procurement, purchasing or supply chain systems
8. High comfort with data, systems and reporting
9. Confident stepping into service environments
10. Collaborative, pragmatic, process-driven
