We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant & Stockroom Assistant to join our store in Trafford Centre! Candidates must be fully flexible on both weekdays and at least one day per weekend and the ability to work until 10.30pm some days. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age. About what you’ll be doing – Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets Processing payments, customer orders and reservations Stock management and shop floor merchandising Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
