Private Client Solicitor Role - Part-Time - 2/3 days - Rugeley A small but well-run and highly regarded high street firm in Rugeley is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis. The firm is ideally looking for someone seeking the equivalent of 2 days per week, with an absolute maximum of 3 days FTE, although there is flexibility around how this is structured. The role could therefore suit someone wishing to work shorter school-hours days spread across the week. This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced solicitor looking to step back from a full-time position while continuing to undertake quality private client work within a professional and personable environment. The Role You will manage an existing private client caseload including: Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate and estate administration Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential) General estate planning work Client meetings and taking instructions Drafting and progressing matters from instruction through to completion The role offers a high degree of autonomy alongside the support of an established and collaborative team.
