In this role, you will be essential in the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of Capital Projects. You will assist the Head of Projects in implementing the client’s Capital Project plan. This autonomous position requires a high degree of initiative and strong communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for delivery of the Leonardo Capital Investment Project Pipeline, a wide range of ad-hoc business-driven Projects, upgrades and improvement works, and feasibility studies.
2. Ensure all project works are managed effectively in line with ISS procedures, approved codes of practice, and CDM requirements.
3. Support all project activities with a clear commercial process to ensure profitability and provide a detailed breakdown of costs to the client for approval.
4. Lead by example, motivate, and engage key stakeholders and ISS teams across the account.
5. Maintain accurate Project files on shared drives and keep local records to evidence progress and commercial management.
6. Monitor project performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reports and updates to the customer.
7. Promote a strong safety culture on all project activities, adhering to company risk assessments, training, safe working practices, and incident reporting procedures.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Degree or Diploma in a Business or FM-related discipline.
* Formal Project Management qualification and/or membership of a professional body.
* Experience across project work including CDM, customer service, and financial accountability.
* Experience as a project manager within a facility service environment.
* Highly numerate and literate.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into operational solutions, driving proposals to closure.
