As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will work on a diverse and engaging high-value mix of cases, including: Claims against the NHS and private healthcare providers (hospitals, GPs and dentists). Brain and birth injuries. Delayed or missed diagnoses, including cancer. Surgical errors and incorrect treatment. Cases involving minors and fatality claims. Managing your own caseload (with support tailored to your experience). Assisting a partner on complex and high-value claims, including those exceeding £1 million. Providing compassionate, client-focused support to individuals and families when they need it most. What we are looking for: 0-3 years’ PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence. Strong client-care skills with an empathetic, supportive approach. Practical experience handling or assisting on clinical negligence claims. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
