Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: £120 – £250 per day (depending on experience)

This position is designed for a professional Supply Teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses the versatility to lead lessons across various departments. We are looking for individuals who can enter a new environment with confidence, uphold high academic standards, and seamlessly integrate into the school's daily routine.
As a Supply Teacher, you will be a cornerstone of the school’s daily operations, ensuring that student learning remains uninterrupted during staff absences. Your role involves delivering pre-planned material, implementing effective behaviour management strategies, and fostering a productive atmosphere for all learners. This is a perfect path for a Supply Teacher who values professional variety and the ability to choose their own schedule.
Key Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher:
* Deliver high-quality, pre-set lessons across diverse subject areas and year groups.
* Establish clear boundaries and maintain a focused, positive classroom climate.
* Adhere strictly to the specific policies of each school, particularly regarding safeguarding.
* Ensure a smooth handover by providing concise feedback on student engagement and progress.
Requirements for a Supply Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential (we cannot consider applications without this).
* Recent experience delivering the UK curriculum within a secondary school setting.
* Excellent classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour proactively.
* A valid Right to Work in the UK.
* An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
