Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Programme Delivery and Assurance Manager to join our central Programme Management Office (PMO). The role supports the Director of Financial Recovery and Sustainability in leading the delivery and assurance of the Trust's Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) and key transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery and assurance of the CIP and other transformation initiatives.
* Provide robust programme governance and assurance reporting.
* Support the delivery of strategic objectives that improve outcomes for patients and staff.
* Collaborate closely with Executive leads, corporate teams and divisions.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong programme or project management experience in complex healthcare environments.
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to analyse complex financial, workforce and performance data.
