Whatever part you play youll be helping us deliver operational excellence to our customers. These roles are based at our Western Approach site (BS35 4GG), The modern manufacturing facility is an International Centre of Excellence in composite wing structure design and production, manufacturing composite wing spars and Fixed Trailing Edge assemblies for some of the world's most popular aircrafts. As a Team Leader, you will have full accountability for all aspects of operational performance, whilst ensuring that we deliver our People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost (PSQDCC) targets. Reporting into a Group Leader you will be an integral part of our Operations team, helping us deploy our Lean Operating Model and will be responsible for a team of around 10-12 operators. The successful candidates will work a 4 day, 37.5 hour week: Monday - Thursday, 06:00am - 16:00pm This shift will change from February 2026 to a 7 day fortnight pattern (Which will include 28% Shift Allowance):WK1: Monday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday WK2: Wednesday / Thursday How You'll Contribute
