Technical Services Manager – Flagship Banking Site\nLocation- Northampton (NN1 4EN)\nSalary- £65,000 – £70,000 (flexible) + £5,000 Car Allowance\nBenefits- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Private Healthcare\nHours- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week\nContract- Full-Time, Permanent\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Services Manager to take the lead at a high-profile, flagship banking site in Northampton. This is a critical vacancy, managing both engineering delivery and project liaison for one of the most prestigious contracts in the region.\n\nWe’re looking for someone technically strong (ideally with an electrical bias) and highly capable when it comes to team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving performance in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.\n\nThe Role – Two Key Focus Areas:\n\n 1. \n\n Engineering Operations & Compliance:\n\n * \n\n Support and work alongside the current Engineering Manager (due to retire – this role is their clear successor).\n\n * \n\n Oversee compliance, statutory maintenance, and service standards across a team of 20+ site-based engineers.\n\n * \n\n Troubleshoot and resolve complex building services issues.\n\n 2.
