Candidate Profile
You’ll be passionate about Retail and Fashion. You’ll have experience driving the commercial success of a shop and influencing a team, and you'll be able to inspire others with your passion and expertise. You will be your true self and bring out the best in others too.
Key Responsibilities
The Deputy Manager position is responsible for driving trade by leading our Shop teams alongside the Shop Manager. This involves deputising wherever required, including using KPI management to drive shop performance, ensuring the shop delivers the best customer experience, developing the team, and ensuring White Stuff has a presence in the local community.
