A DAY IN THE LIFE
* Be responsible for 70+ salons within your region, creating and executing a structured O+O salon contact strategy, including a logical journey plan, ensuring all existing and prospect customers are contacted monthly through a blended online and offline approach.
* Focus on winning new business, with 50% of your customer contact dedicated to executing the brand conquest strategy to increase territory distribution, maintaining a sustainable approach to ongoing business development with new salon partners.
* Integrate the e-visit strategy and blended selling approach of O+O with your salons.
* Establish and implement business plans and solutions, conducting regular reviews to identify client needs.
* Leverage all available business support, including L'Oréal Partner shop, Salon Emotion, and Access, in both existing and new doors.
* Develop and deliver education plans, providing in-salon training in partnership with Education teams.
* Plan, agree, and execute promotional and marketing activities aimed at sales growth and meeting brand objectives, with a focus on a sellout approach for salon partners.
* Identify opportunities to increase business through salon and stylist engagement.
* Accurately forecast territory turnover and develop risk management plans for shortfalls against targets.
* Conduct salon needs assessments and business reviews to identify NPD and new business opportunities across your area.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, act as a brand ambassador, and promote the benefits of LPS to all customers, ensuring registration and encouraging salons to self-serve ongoing.
Embed brand strategies on social media platforms proactively.
Build strong relationships and achieve turnover targets, including colour, retail objectives, and reactivation.

* A proven commercial background (essential)
* Experience working virtually using online technology to connect and build relationships with clients
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Track record of delivering against multiple targets
* Results-driven with a growth mindset and innovative solutions
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, both virtually and face-to-face
* Solution-oriented, accurate, able to work at pace, and cope with ambiguity
* Data analysis skills with the ability to draw conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly
