Are you a people person with a passion for organisation and creating great first impressions? We’re looking for a confident and proactive Business Support Assistant to join my client’s Belfast office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of a busy, professional office while supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Greeting visitors and managing front-of-house reception duties with warmth and professionalism
* Coordinating travel bookings, meeting room setups, and general office admin
* Keeping the office running smoothly – from stock control to daily post and errands
* Supporting compliance tasks and helping maintain a secure, well-organised environment
* Pitching in across teams when needed – collaboration is key here!
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a busy office or reception role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office is a must)
* A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Discretion and professionalism – confidentiality is essential
