Position – HR AdvisorIndustry – Oil & LubricantLocation – ElginSalary/Package - £33,000 - £36,000 (DOE), Company Pension/Up to 7.5%, On-Site Parking, Perks after probation, & morePurpose Of the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is approachable, resilient, and passionate about supporting both employees and management across a busy operational environment.The ideal candidate will possess a calm and empathetic demeanour, with the confidence to handle challenging situations professionally and sensitively. You will play a key role in delivering practical HR support, employee relations guidance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.*Experience within the Oil & Lubricants industry would be highly advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesSupport employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issuesAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention activitiesEnsure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislationMaintain accurate HR records and employee documentationSupport training and development initiatives across the businessContribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activitiesPromote a positive, inclusive, and supportive working environmentYou must have or holdPrevious experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCalm, empathetic, and approachable natureAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied workloadGood knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesCIPD qualification would be desirableStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in Technology/Microsoft Office and HR systemsFull UK LicenceWe are looking for a conscientious, reliable person capable of working on their own and as part of a team.If you are interested in this new and exciting opportunity with a growing company, then call Ben Gibson on the listed number or ideally email with your current CV.
