Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

Location: Based in either Crisis Skylight Merseyside or Newcastle with homeworking options in line with Crisis' Hybrid Working Policy

Contract: Fixed term contract from March to September 2026

About the role

This is an exciting role to begin the process of developing a five-year strategy for income growth for the Community Partnerships team, focusing on regional and devolved nations high value corporate partnerships and philanthropy. You will be accountable for achieving annual income targets for the Community Partnerships team including line management of the team. You will also have personal accountability for income generation of regional corporate partnerships and philanthropy in Northern England. You will be responsible for the growth, strength and conversion of the Community Partnerships team pipelines and the development of regional and devolved nations cases for support and propositions.

About you

We are looking for...

* Proven experience of meeting and exceeding income targets, specially related to regional/national corporate partnerships and philanthropy.
* A track record of leading and inspiring teams to be their best
* Proven experience of developing and delivering evidence-based strategies for corporate partnerships/philanthropy fundraising that align with wider organisational objectives
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with a wide range of people e.g. business leaders, staff, beneficiaries
