This is a key position within the preconstruction and estimating team, working on office and lab fitout projects ranging from £100k to £8m across Cambridge, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Norwich and London. As the Estimator you’ll be responsible for delivering a continuous flow of new business and identifying future opportunities in competitive tendering for construction fitout projects. You will be involved in tender reviews, take-offs, cost planning and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best value.
