We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused and detail‑oriented Programme Operations Coordinator to assist the delivery of programme administration, assessment processes and student record management across the University. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and making a positive impact on the student experience.
Working closely with academic colleagues and professional services teams, you will provide high‑quality administrative support, maintain accurate student records, and help deliver an excellent service to students throughout their academic journey.
You will have proven experience in administrative roles within stakeholder‑focused environments. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye of detail are essential, along with the ability to meet multiple deadlines effectively. Knowledge of Tribal SITS or similar student record systems and experience working within a programme administration function in higher education would be desirable. You will be confident handling a range of enquiries and committed to delivering excellent service in a diverse university environment.
