Commercial Parts Advisor Required in Southampton, Hampshire
1. Basic Salary Negotiable upon experience - £36,000 - £38,000
2. £1,500 joining bonus
3. Commercial Main Dealer
4. Monday – Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm, Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon.

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our Client
13. Delivering exceptional customer service to our customer’s
14. Establishing customer’s needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate
15. Locating and ordering parts for our very busy sales and service department’s
16. Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department
17. Liaising and maintaining a working relationship with the supplier’s
18. Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from supplier’s
19. Communicating relevant promotions and offers to our customer’s
20. Following warranty parts process
21. Carrying out weekly parts stock checks
22. Reporting any stock damages or losses
23. Follow current procedures for returning parts to all supplier’s
24. Daily and Weekly husbandry of the parts department and parts storage areas
