M365 Engineer (Microsoft Azure M365) Manchester to £55k
Do you have a strong knowledge of Azure combined with the Microsoft tech stack?
You could be progressing growing software and technology consultancy.
As a M365 Engineer you'll provide 2nd line technical support for issues escalated from the service desk, covering both Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. You'll manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, ensuring issues are diagnosed, resolved and documented within agreed SLAs and also perform day-to-day administration of client M365 environments, including user and license management, mailbox permissions and security group administration as well as administering and supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
Location / WFH:
There's a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days in the office per week.
About you:
You have experience of working in a 24x7 technical support environment and working with critical customer production systems
You have a strong knowledge of M365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune
You are a specialist with Microsoft Azure
You're familiar with core networking services (DNS, DHCP), Windows Server Active Directory and Entra Connect
You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication and customer service skills
